Leave the A27 at the Stockbridge Road roundabout, taking the A286 signposted to West Wittering. At the mini roundabout with the Selsey Tram to your left, take the first exit on to the B2145 signposted to Selsey. At the T-junction turn right, continue through Sidlesham, passing a petrol station on your right. Take the next right, signposted to Highleigh & Wild Bird Hospital, on to Keynor Lane. Take the second left on to Cow Lane and continue for a quarter of a mile. Landseer House is the last house on the right.
