CANCELLATION POLICY

More than 21 days prior to arrival date - £25 Administration fee.

21 - 48 hours prior to arrival date - 50% of total cost (100% if one night only)

Within 48 hours of arrival date - 100% of total cost. 

However we will gladly give you a refund (less £25 admin fee) if we are able to re-let your room.

We advise you take out cancellation insurance.

Please note for Christmas, New Year, bank holidays and special event weekends such as Goodwood there will be no re-funds.

 

DIRECTIONS:

 

Leave A27 By-Pass at Stockbridge Road. Chichester roundabout
to West Wittering A286. Turn left at mini roundabout to Selsey B2145. At T junction turn right, go through Sidlesham, pass petrol station on your right until sign post Highleigh & Wild Bird Hospital. Turn right into Keynor Lane. 2nd on left into Cow Lane, 1/4 mile last house on the right.

TARIFF:

Deluxe Room: from £130 to £150 prpn
Standard luxury Room: from £90 to £125 prpn

Cottage Suites from £130 to £180 minimum stay 2 nights

Prices are per room per night including breakfast.

Minimum stay at weekends in high season is 2 nights.
Special rates and length of stay apply for all Goodwood events, Bank Hoildays, Christmas and New Year Please inquire before booking.
Supplements may apply to single night bookings over weekends and single occupancy

RESERVATIONS:

We require your credit card details at the time of booking.The first night is required as a deposit
