The main house is home to individually designed bed & breakfast rooms. Additionally available are our pretty country Georgian style semi detached studio cottages, which are located off a peaceful private country lane. Our grounds are set in four and a half acres of beautiful gardens and meadowlands with meandering footpaths that virtually abuts the world famous Pagham Harbour and Nature Reserve.
